The apartment was perfect for our family of five, with lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the marina and plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment decor was a bit bland and could use some colorful touches to liven it up. , the shower knobs were a bit tricky to figure out, and we almost burnt ourselves adjusting the temperature.

Adjoins facilities - Marine Centre; Boat to Rottnest; Sorento Shops; Whitfords Centre; Yanchep National Park; easy drive from Perth Airport. Location to Kingsley (reason for this visit). Secure carpark. Comfortable unit.
Third floor apartment and no lift facility - difficult to drag heavy bag, due to medical condition, up six flights of stairs from internal carpark.

It was well euipped, and its location was perfect for us, as we were attending a wedding at AQWA.
The stairs were a bit of a pain, trying to lug a suitcase up a couple of flights of stair was not fun.

The convenience of beaches and shopping within walking distance.
Didn't change towels or take out rubbish as they said they would.

The facilities in the room were great, especially the kitchen and laundry. the central location made it easy to explore the area on foot, with plenty of dining options nearby. Having access to a pool was a nice bonus.
The lack of on-site grocery shopping, making it difficult if you didn't have a car to get supplies. the coffee and tea supplies were only replaced for the first night's stay, which was a bit disappointing for those staying longer.

We could not use the spa because it was too cold. Pool staff said it would heat up but it didn't
